South Island Paint & Paper is owned and operated by Paul Walters, an Interprovincial Red Seal Journeyman Painter who began his apprenticeship in Victoria in 1985. Over the decades, Paul has worked on everything from residential repaints and heritage homes to commercial offices, retail spaces, rental properties, and specialty wallcovering installations. His approach has always remained the same: provide honest advice, quality workmanship, and results that clients can feel confident in for years to come.
